3. Customer account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities performed on it.

4. Acceptable use

It is forbidden to use the services for:

  • Illegal content, spam or malware
  • Attacks on other systems or networks
  • Violation of intellectual property rights
  • Activities that compromise infrastructure stability

5. Payments and renewals

Services are prepaid. Failure to pay on the renewal date may result in suspension or cancellation of the service.

6. Money-back guarantee

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for new shared hosting plans, as published on the website.

7. Limitation of liability

UbuyHost is not liable for indirect losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the period in question.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email or notice on the website.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mozambique.
